Easy Puff Pastry Blueberry Turnovers #desserts #cakerecipe #chocolate #fingerfood #easy

Simple PUFF PASTRY BLUEBERRY TURNOVERS – These Puff Pastry Blueberry Turnovers are light, flaky, loaded up with blueberry filling at that point sprinkled with lemon coat. An ideal fresh treat for breakfast or sweet!

Turnovers are quite simple to make since they begin with solidified puff baked good. I want to keep some puff cake close by in my cooler for times when I need it. These simple and snappy turnovers are made with puff baked good and staff with blueberry filling.

The hand crafted blueberry filling begins with a blend of together blueberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice and cornstarch. In a little pan, blend together blueberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice and cornstarch. Bring to bubble over medium warmth, mixing always, keep cooking 1 to 2 minutes until the blueberry sauce thickens. Expel from the warmth and let cool.

At that point the subsequent stage is puff baked good. Unroll the two sheets of puff cake onto a gently floured surface. Cut each sheet into 4 equivalent squares. I like utilizing a pizza shaper to do this part, however a sharp blade will work fine and dandy as well. Spoon 1 tablespoon of blueberry filling onto the focal point of each square and overlap each over by associating two pointed corners into a triangle shape, press edges together to seal and utilize a fork to crease edges.
