These are extremely like my Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries, yet with a progressively great methodology. I like to serve these with a limited quantity of ketchup, aioli, or even low fat farm dressing.

French fries are ideal for making ahead and solidifying until you're prepared to toss them in the broiler. I like to twofold or triple this formula and prep them for solidifying as opposed to cooking, so I can haul them out when we need a fast side dish, or I realize organization is coming over.
