Paleo & Whole30 Mocha Latte

Glad New Year! I can't exactly trust it's 2017! A year ago just flew by. We were amidst a major redesign, and I found another line of work. Those things happened at the same time with a ton of restless evenings, obligingness of an interminably getting teeth child, and I neglected to back off and appreciate life.

This year will be extraordinary. My New Year's goals isn't to be sound. That is guaranteed. That is something I need to do to satisfy my genuine goals. My New Year's goals is to actually carry on with my life this year. To welcome the delight in each and every day and to completely and effectively love my significant other and my kids day by day.

Not simply endure. I have such a great amount to be appreciative for, and my objective is to lounge in that thankfulness. Eating entire nourishments and living soundly is only an advantage en route. An unfortunate obligation.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 c. coffee, freshly brewed
  • 1 c. canned coconut milk
  • 4 tsp. 100% cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Warm the coconut milk over medium-high heat until hot but not boiling, about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add everything to a NutriBullet or other high-powered blender.
  3. Blend 15 seconds.
  4. Enjoy!
